Positions Available
Legal Assistant/Receptionist
The Legal Assistant greets clients, tracks telephonic and email inquiries, manages calendars and schedules appointments, prepares letters and forms, and maintains filing systems for the office.
Paralegal
The Paralegal assists with case planning, development, and management, including legal calendaring, record maintenance, research such as gathering facts, retrieving information, and creating drafts of legal documents to support the attorney.
Attorney
The Attorney represents clients in legal proceedings, draws up legal documents and advises clients on legal transactions.

The Wilkie Law Group has unique expertise and extensive experience to provide both civilian criminal defense and family law for clients of southeastern North Carolina as well as worldwide military defense. The firm provides legal representation across multiple legal venues including civil cases ranging from domestic violence protection orders, divorce, child custody; criminal misdemeanor cases ranging from traffic matters to DWI; and felony cases ranging from shoplifting to murder and everything in between.
The firm is located in Jacksonville, NC outside the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, but serves military clients worldwide and across all service branches. Our military practice includes representation relating to Command and Criminal Investigations, Administrative Separations (both officer and enlisted), court martials of all types as well as discharge upgrades, VA appeals and medical board disputes.
Founded to provide aggressive defense, we utilize 20+ years’ experience, control of the courtroom and advanced negotiation skills to handle complex criminal cases. The firm provides a straightforward honest assessment and crafts a strategic approach for each client’s defense.
